Just a heads up as I know some of you guys love these tools... I had a fein but sold on "the other forum" due to lack of ever needing such an expensive piece of kit, but theses at £30, I think I'll try one.
Anyone have this lidl one? Any good

Only got a couple of Parkside tools, engraver, heatgun etc and never had any problems with their kit.

Don't know how they'd stand up to some serious abuse but never heard any bad points.

There's only two things I hate in this world. People who are intolerant of other people's cultures and the Dutch.

Parkside kit is as good as any of the cheaper branded gear, only thing I found was the battery quality is not that good. Having said that the Makita (ni-cad) batteries will with a little help fit the earlier drills and the circular saw. ( saw goes backwards so needs switch altered)

When my old fella retired he still did loads of odds and ends and he used to buy the parkside cordless drills when they were in Aldi,if he got a year out of one it was good value, which he usually did, personally I always bought named kit myself but then again not being allowed 240v gear was also part of it too. Funny thing is even though I dont work now if I need a power tool I still buy 110v just out of habit, needed to charge the battery on the car recently and had to make an extension lead as I didn,t have a 240 one in the house.

Who brought one?

I picked one up it was about 10am on Thursday and they only had 3 left, forget to get the extra set of blades.

Haven't had a chance to try it out yet but will report back when I have.
